What is Master of Human resource Management ( M.H.R.M )?

The MHRM is a specialized graduate degree in human resource management while the MBA is a broad graduate degree in business and management.


The Masters of Human Resource Management (MHRM)Provides foundation training in business and economics an Specialized training in human resource management. it will provide you with knowledge needed to become a successful manager and leader, such as managing and leader, such as managing people , developing and implementing a strategic approach to managing an organization's human resources, motivating and rewarding employees, dealing with stake holders and analyzing data and developing HR policy and practice responses.


Eligiblity

A pass in any Bachelor's Degree Examinations with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate for arts, Commerce and BBA Degrees, and 55% marks in the aggregate for all others degrees or 50% marks in the aggregate for Masters Degree Examinations  in a management fest etc.

Entrance Exam Pattern



      The MAT test has a period of 2hr-30 minutes. The test is classified into 5 parts. Each part shall carry 40 marks.

  • Language Comprehension: 40 Questions – Time allotted to finish writing – 30 minutes.
  • Mathematical Skills: 40 Questions– Time allotted to finish writing – 40 minutes.
  • Data Analysis and Sufficiency: 40 Questions– Time allotted to finish writing – 35 minutes.
  • Intelligence and Critical Reasoning: 40 Questions– Time allotted to finish writing – 30 minutes.
  • Indian and Global Environment: 40 Questions– Time allotted to finish writing – 15 minutes.
All the questions asked will be of the MCQ format with objective type questions.
